By accessing or using the Master Your Foundations App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mens Health Collective Co. (NSW, Australia) ("we", "us", "our").
Access to this App is exclusively available to:
Your access to the App is directly tied to your active Mens Health Collective membership. If your membership is paused, cancelled, or lapses for any reason, your access to the App will be suspended or terminated automatically. Your historical data will be retained for up to 24 months to allow for rejoining.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You must not share your login link or provide access to any third party.
The Master Your Foundations App provides:
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where practicable.
Payment for access to the App is handled through the Mens Health Collective community platform (Circle.so), with payments securely processed by Stripe. The App itself does not process or store any payment or card details.
Membership currently begins with an introductory offer of AUD $7, after which it renews at AUD $49 per week. The exact pricing, introductory terms, and billing frequency that apply to you are those shown on the membership page at the time you join, which prevail over any figures quoted here. Your subscription is charged via Stripe and managed through your Circle membership. All billing queries, refund requests, and payment disputes should be directed to the membership management portal or to nathan@menshealthcollective.com.
We reserve the right to change the membership fee with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect your current billing cycle.
As a user of the App, you agree to:
All content within the App - including protocols, frameworks, nutrition guidelines, supplement recommendations, training programmes, written content, design, and software - is the intellectual property of Mens Health Collective Co. and is protected under Australian copyright law.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the App content solely for your own personal health and wellness purposes during the period of your active membership.
You must not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or share any App content without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010, Schedule 2) and other applicable legislation:

You may cancel your membership at any time through the Circle community platform. On cancellation, your App access will be automatically revoked. Your data will be retained for up to 24 months as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal and health information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles.
By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The App may offer optional push notifications to remind you of weekly check-ins and milestone events. Push notifications are entirely opt-in. By granting notification permission, you consent to receiving these communications on your device.
You can withdraw this consent at any time through your device or browser settings. Withdrawing notification permission does not affect your App access or membership.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at nathan@menshealthcollective.com and we will make every effort to resolve it informally before any formal proceedings are commenced.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted in the App with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
For material changes, we will notify active members via email with at least 14 days' notice before the changes take effect.
